Boots of Mobility
UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2, increases to Enhanced Movement 5 when out of combat for 5 seconds (does not stack with other Boots).

- Boots of Mobility will now mark you in combat for receiving/dealing any damage, even if it is shielded
