Heal

Restores 120 + (lvl x 25) Health to your Champion and 50% of that to nearby allies. All targets healed will have a 50% reduction in heal amount from other summoner heal spells for 35 secs.AoE range: 600

• Small monster camp sigils now restore up to 30 Mana in addition to Health

• Heal and Clarity summoner spells will now restore health/mana to the caster even if they are untargetable when the summoner spell is cast (Fizz's Playful/Trickster, Vladimir's Sanguine Pool, Zhonya's Hourglass)

• Heal over time effects now show as health regen per 5 rather than discreet heals

• Colorblind Mode
  • New mode which improves visualization of health bars and various graphical effects and animations for colorblind players.
  • Location (while in game): Options > Video > Advanced Options > Colorblind Mode (checkbox)

• Warmog's Armor
  • Passive health gain cap reduced to 350 from 450
  • Passive health regeneration per 5 reduced to 10 from 15
  • Health gain per kill or assist reduced to 35 from 45, minion kill reduced to 3.5 from 4.5
  • Health regeneration per 5 gain per kill or assist reduced to 1 from 1.5, minion kill reduced to .1 from .15

• Jungle Adjustments
  • Small camps now respawn faster, but have reduced rewards
  • Small camps now have a Healing Sigil, healing the killer based upon how much health they are missing
  • Neutral monsters now have their health, damage, experience reward, and gold reward increase with game length, instead of having health increases with each respawn
  • Neutral monster experience range reduced to 400 from 800 (the killer always gets experience)
  • Ancient Golem camp experience increased slightly and gold reduced slightly
  • Crest of the Ancient Golem now grants 25 flat MP5, but grants 1% regen from maximum mana, from 1.5%, and provides energy
  • Lizard Elder camp experience increased and gold reduced slightly
  • Blessing of the Lizard Elder melee slow % reduced to 8/16/24% from 10/20/30%
  • Dragon and Baron Nashor are now immune to armor and magic resist-shredding effects
  • Baron Nashor will now push wards away if you try to place one too close
  • Monsters now heal 5% immediately when they retreat (instead of after 1 second), but are easier to re-aggro

• Revive

  • Health bonus upon reviving is now innate to the spell (as opposed to requiring Improved Revive)

  • Improved Revive now grants a 125% movement speed increase upon revival (Improved Revive no longer grants a 225% movement speed increase)

• You can now use multiple Health or Mana Potions while you have one active which will queue them up to be used after the previous completes (maximum 5 stacks)

• Healing reductions now reduce lifesteal and spell vamp

• Spirit Visage increased healing and regeneration effects reduced to 15% from 20%

• Added a new UI to better convey Shields on the health bar.

• Removed many PVP.net tags (like heal, stun, and pet) and made the remaining tags more accurate

• Baron Nashor
  • Base health increased to 8000 from 6500
  • Magic resistance increased to 70 from 35
  • Damage increased by approximately 15%

• "Healing" due to a level up will now be adjusted by a portion of your missing health. In general, less health will mean less recovery. Healing from Catalyst the Protector remains unaffected.

• Twisted Treeline Super Minions
  • Health increased to 1200 from 1000
  • Base damage increased by 30

• Rod of Ages bonus cap reduced to 180 health, 200 mana and 20 ability power, from 270 health, 300 mana and 30 ability power

• Guardian Angel now revives Champions at 750 health and 375 mana instead of 40% health and mana

• The Reverse Law of Ninja Power has been changed to modify health, not damage

• Regrowth Pendant health regen per 5 sec increased to +15 from +14

• Healing should now display green floating text.

• Spirit Visage health regen per 5 increased to 20 from 18

• HP and Mana potion effect will now no longer be removed upon reaching full health or mana, and remain for it's intended duration.

• Executioner's Calling now has an active ability: for the next 10 seconds, your hits cause 50% reduced healing and regeneration for 7 seconds against champions; 60 sec cooldown

• Ignite now also reduces the target's healing and regeneration by 50%

• Towers and buildings that are not currently targetable will no longer display a healthbar

• Madred's Bloodrazor % Health Damage increased to 3% from 2.5%

• Fixed the illusion of “loss of health” when moving the camera around distant units

  • Reduced Health Regen from 28 to 22.5 per 5
  • Reduced Mana Regen from 12 to 10 per 5

• Runes - Reduced Health Rune values by about 4%

• Shrine Turrets
  • Stats: Increased Health Regen from 10 to 15
  • Increased Damage from 600 to 999
  • Increased Range from 1500 to 2250
  • Increased Attack Speed from .57 to 1
  • Added a hit effect

• Exalted With Baron Nashor:
  • Now increases your Health Regeneration by 5% per 5
  • Now increases Mana Regeneration by 25 per 5
  • Reduced Bonus Damage/Ability Power to 50

• Heal:
  • Reduced AoE Healing from 66% of total to 50%

• Inhibitors:
  • Reduced Health from 6000 to 5000
  • Added Health Regeneration (15/sec)

• Cannon Minions
  • Stats: Increased Health from 600 to 700

• Reduced all Champion base Health Regeneration by 10%

• Increased Health gain per level to compensate by level 12

• Reduced each Champion's Natural Health Regeneration by 10%

• Increased Bonus health per level from 200 to 250

• Soul Shroud:
  • Reduced Health from 650 to 600
  • Increased recipe cost from 600 to 650

• Healing Potion: Increased cost from 30 to 35

• Added a Cap to Warmog the Living Armor for bonus health / regen of +400 Health, and 50 Health Regen per 5

• Starks Fervor Health Regen increased to 30 from 10, and now reduced enemy Armor by 25 instead of enemy Attack Speed by 20%

• Reduced the Health regeneration on Healing Potion
